The words “My Friends My Family”, “we”, “us” “community” and “our” refer to the family of companies doing business as My Friends My Family, LLC, including, without limitation, My Friends My Family Community. The word “Website” refers to any website we operate, and any mobile applications and other platforms we offer or through which we provide membership services.

A “community member” hereinafter referred to as “a member” or “member” is a person who is current with his or her membership dues and that has agreed to all terms, conditions, rules, regulations and bylaws required by My Friends My Family, LLC to be a “community member”. The terms “community
member” or “member” does not refer to any managing member or other member or any person of management, officer or director of My Friends My Family, LLC. A “community Member” has no ownership in My Friends My Family, LLC.

Limited License and Permitted Uses. We grant you non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable permission to do the following:

• access and use the Website strictly in accordance with these Terms of Use;
• use the Website solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes, and;
• display, download, archive or print a single copy of any information and content on the Website (Information), provided that, in doing so, you (i) do not further distribute, sell, or modify the information and content in any way, (ii) maintain all copyright and other notices, and (iii) comply fully with these Terms of Use.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, you acknowledge that you have no licenses or rights, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, with respect to the Website or any Information. You agree that all right, title and interest (including all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents and other intellectual property rights) in and to the Website and all Information belongs to My Friends My Family, LLC, as applicable.

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY MAY NOT BE ENFORCEABLE IN CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS, OR UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, AS A MATTER OF LOCAL LAW, AND IS NOT INTENDED TO REPLACE OR SUPERCEDE LOCAL LAW.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MY FRIENDS MY FAMILY, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to any violation of these Terms of Use or any activity related to use of the Website (including but not limited to infringement of third parties’ worldwide intellectual property rights or negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Website on your behalf.

Changes. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Changes in these Terms of Use will be effective when notice of such changes is posted on the Website. You agree to these changes if you use our Website after they are posted. Availability. All membership services referred to on this Website are available in the United States of America only, and only in those states where such membership services may be legally offered. Access to the Website from territories where its contents are illegal is prohibited. This Website does not constitute an offer or solicitation to anyone in any jurisdiction in which such an offer or solicitation is not authorized or to any person to whom it is unlawful to make such a solicitation.

Use of Information. Information and/or content available in or on, or accessed or downloaded through or from, the Website are made available solely as a convenience to you for general informational purposes only and are not intended to provide specific commercial, financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice. The Website and all Information and content is provided to you solely for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for purposes of resale, distribution, or any other uses by you in any form or manner whatsoever.

Except as specifically set forth below, these Terms of Use supersede any prior agreements, including prior oral and/or written statements or representations not contained in these Terms of Use, between you and us relating to the Website and the Information. If any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any applicable statute or rule of law, the provision will be deemed omitted to the extent that it is invalid, illegal or unenforceable. In such a case, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use will be construed in a manner to give greatest effect to the original intention of the parties. My Friends My Family LLCs performance under these Terms of Use will be excused in the event of interruption and/or delay due to, or resulting from, causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of any government, war or other hostility, civil disorder, the elements, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, embargo, acts of terrorism, power failure, equipment failure, industrial or labor disputes or controversies, acts of any third party data provider(s) or other third party information provider(s), third party software, or communication method interruptions.

Disclaimer

My Friends My Family, LLC uses traditional credit and background checks as part of its membership application and maintenance processes. Also, My Friends My Family, LLC may, at its discretion, verify application and membership information by using national databases periodically during your time as a member. Requesting these credit checks will not negatively affect an applicant’s or member’s credit score or trigger a hard credit inquiry.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT MEMBERSHIP: In order to help protect all members and keep our membership information accurate as possible, My Friends My Family, LLC collects and records information that identifies each person who becomes a member. To process your application, we must have your name, physical street address, date of birth, social security number, bank account information, and other identifying information, and My Friends My Family, LLC may ask for identifying documents from you as well such as a driver’s license.

Services offered to members may vary based on customer eligibility and applicable state or federal law.

By Laws

Article I. Name
The name of this for - profit, limited liability company is My Friends My Family, LLC, also referred to as the “My Friends My Family community” or “community”.

Article II. Objectives
1. The primary objective of My Friends My Family, LLC is to build a strong and sustainable paid membership base of individuals and to enhance the emotional, social, professional, and economic conditions of each of its members.

2. Specifically, we intend to:
a. Establish online support groups from time to time for members to join and learn about various life situations in categories such as weight management, nutrition, relationships, environment appreciation, etc.
b. Promote the development of honesty, good fellowship, self-reliance, self-discipline, and membership spirit.
c. Schedule and host various in-person social events such as family holiday gatherings, wine tasting, cooking classes, bowling, cornhole to name a few.
d. Schedule and host various online mentoring sessions with feature speakers in popular professional categories, such as small business creation/entrepreneurship, accounting, technology/software development.
e. Offer members the opportunity, if needed, to withdraw a limited amount of funds for a limited time from a pool of money held by My Friends My Family, LLC. See Membership Benefits for more details. The funds used by a member will need to be paid back within 30 days. There will be no interest charged to a member for taking advantage of this offer. MY FRIENDS MY FAMILY, LLC is offering this benefit to its members as a short-term aid. We do not believe this short-term financial assistance should be used as an alternative for a long-term financial solution. Members with financial difficulties should seek financial counseling.

A Family Membership may draw $1,000.00 twelve times within a twelve month period.
There is a small charge of $25.00 to pay for document preparation, administrator’s time,
The transfer of funds, etc. each time an amount is drawn.

Article III. Membership

1.  All members and persons wishing to become members of My Friends My Family, LLC community
   must meet all basic requirements as follows:
2. He, she must be at least 21 years of age
3. He, she must have no criminal record
4. He, she must be employed for a minimum of two years at the current job
5. He, she must have an acceptable credit history determined by My Friends My Family, LLC
6. He, she must pay all membership fees and/or dues as determined by My Friends My Family, LLC
7. Eligibility and Definitions:

There shall be two types of membership: 1) Annual Individual; 2) Annual Family

a. Annual Individual Membership - This is a 12 month membership. The monthly dues are $29.99
per month. The membership will auto-renew unless My Friends My Family, LLC is notified of cancelation in
writing 30 days in advance. A notice of auto-renewal will go to a member 30 days in advance of autorenewal. This membership allows one individual to take advantage of all mentoring sessions, sport events, social events hosted by My Friends My Family, LLC during the course of his, her 12 month membership. (Certain events such as wine tasting and holiday parties may have an added fee beyond the monthly membership dues.) In addition, an individual member may withdraw up to $500.00 ten different times during his, her annual membership period or $1,000.00 five different times during his, her annual membership period, as needed, with no interest charged to that member. However, the funds withdrawn at any one given time must be paid back within 30 days from the time of withdrawal before another amount can be utilized short-term by this member.
A Family Membership may draw $1,000.00 twelve times within a twelve month period. There is a small charge of $25.00 to pay for document preparation, administrator’s time, the transfer of funds, etc. each time an amount is drawn.
b. Annual Family Membership - This is a 12 month membership. The monthly dues are $79.99 per month. The membership will auto-renew unless My Friends My Family, LLC is notified of cancelation in writing 30 days in advance. A notice of auto-renewal will go to a member 30 days in advance of autorenewal. This membership allows two adults in the same family to take advantage of all mentoring sessions, sport events, social events hosted by My Friends My Family, LLC during the course of their 12 month membership. (Certain events such as wine tasting and the holiday parties may have an added fee beyond the monthly membership dues.) Plus, the family membership allows the family to withdraw up to $1,000.00 twelve different times during their annual membership period, as needed, with no interest charged to that member. However, the funds withdrawn at any one given time must be paid back within 30 from the time of withdrawal before another amount can be utilized short-term by this member.
A Family Membership may draw $1,000.00 twelve times within a twelve month period. There is a small charge of $25.00 to pay for document preparation, administrator’s time, the transfer of funds, etc, each time an amount is drawn.
c. Either the Individual or Family membership dues can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually.
d. All members of the My Friends My Family community are encouraged to refer potential candidates for membership. If the referral turns into a new member, the referring member receives one month free of dues. THE ONE MONTH FREE WILL BE GRANTED TO THE REFERRING MEMBER AFTER THE 60 DAY ANNIVERSARY OF THE NEW MEMBER.

8. Membership Cap

a. My Family My Friends, LLC management may, at their discretion, place a cap on membership
b. Management shall have the authority to open or close membership, as they deem necessary

9. Benefits and Duties
a. All active members in good standing shall have the privilege of participating in all events, programs and benefits provided by the My Friends My Family community. (Certain events such as wine tasting and holiday parties may have an added fee beyond the monthly membership dues.)
b. No member shall act independently using the name of My Friends My Family, LLC for any reason
c. A minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total annual membership must be paid before a member is eligible to funds.

10. It shall be the duty of all members to:
a. Conduct themselves as good citizens and true neighbors at all times
b. Observe the rules and regulations of the community
c. Inform My Friends My Family, LLC, in writing, of any changes of contact information, physical street address, banking information, and employment

Article IV. Dues and Fees
1. A member buys an annual membership (either Individual or Family) and is responsible for the total annual membership fee (paid monthly, quarterly, or annually) regardless if that member cancels his, her membership privileges before the end of his, her twelve month membership. No person can purchase a partial year membership. A membership is non-refundable

2. The amount of the My Friends My Family, LLC community’s annual membership dues (paid monthly, quarterly, or annually) shall become effective on the first day of his, her twelve month membership.

3. The renewal date for membership shall be the anniversary of the date of joining. Dues shall be paid on the first day of each month.

4. There will be no membership grace period, except for military members in good standing who are actively deployed for military service out of their state of residence. The member’s membership will be frozen during their deployment and re-activated with proper documentation when the member returns.

Article V. Termination of Membership
Termination of Membership by Member - A member has the right to cancel his, her membership privileges at any time. However, a member buys an annual membership (either Individual or Family) and is responsible for paying the total annual membership fee (paid monthly, quarterly, or annually) regardless if that member cancels his, her membership privileges before the end of his, her twelve month membership. A membership is non-refundable. No person can purchase a partial year membership. If a member has withdrawn funds from the pool and has not yet paid it back, his, her obligation is to return it to My Friends My Family, LLC regardless of cancelation of membership privileges. My Friends My Family, LLC has all rights and authority under the law to pursue repayment from the member.
Termination of Membership by My Friends My Family, LLC - My Friends My Family, LLC has full discretion to cancel a member’s membership at any time for any reason.

My Friends My Family, LLC reserves the exclusive right to aid individuals and families, other than members, financially at the sole discretion of management.
